Return Policy
If you bought your OvuLook from a retail store, or a website other
than the OvuLook website (www.ovulook.com), please return your
tester to that retailer.
If you bought your OvuLook from the OvuLook website (www.ovulook.com),
please follow these instructions:
- Please return your OvuLook in its original condition (in
the original packaging if possible) with the original receipt
or order
number.
- Simply indicate the reason for your return.
- If you do not have your original shipping documents, please
provide us with your name, address, phone number and order
number.
- For your security, please return the package to us by insured
UPS mail and retain your receipt. This will protect you in
case your OvuLook is lost in transit.

Once we receive your return, your money will be refunded or your
credit card account will be credited for any payments you have
made toward your purchase. The first credit will be made within
10 business days of receipt and verification of the merchandise.
Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited
to the same card. Delivery charges are not refunded. Please allow
one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear.

Please be aware that some of the items for sale on this site are
sold by others (Amazon Books, for example). Our policies do not
extend to items purchased from other organizations (their policies
apply), even though you arrived at their site via ours. It is our
policy to make sure that the company you are purchasing an item
from is made clearly known to you and we do not place items for
sale on this site that in any way attempt to hide the identity
of the entity you are purchasing from.
